We haven't yet travelled to China, a huge country with few -or very hidden- electronic bands. Huan was written by Miss Melody, 27-year old singer born in Mongolia but who soon managed to obtain Chinese nationality, and UK producer Mobidextrous, after they met in a bar in Beijing and started a collaboration. It is difficult to classify their music, with a style close to downtempo, post-dubstep and trip hop, and sung in the exotic Mandarin Chinese language. Huan is like a haunting poem, a melancholic and ethereal song talking about the difficulties of living in big cities, such as Beijing.R.O.C.
